I need to "think it over and talk with my partner about this". Whenever I hear this, I know, immediately, that the answer will be NO. The person is afraid to move forward to the unknown. This is a stalling technique to avoid making a decision or having that difficult discussion with your partner. Don't be afraid to look into every opportunity that comes your way. Most of us have missed at least one solid opportunity because we are afraid to move forward and justified our decisions by not remaining open minded at all times.

and....I'm happy and Loyal - loyalty only goes so far. You might be loyal but always remember that your companies loyalty comes up for review every payday. If you don't worry about yourself, no one else will.

So please keep an open mind regarding your job path. Your future success depends on your timing and your commitment to yourself.
