About Pat Bigley

A veteran of the entertainment industry, Pat founded Prime Candidate, Inc. in 1998. Beginning her career as a booking agent for musical and variety artists, Pat's exceptional "people skills" led her to profitable careers at a number of reputable firms including the ownership of a large CPA firm located in the Midwest. Later, Pat founded The Bigley Talent Agency in 1991, specializing in film and TV casting and packaging projects.

Her interest in the human element led her to Search Associates, Inc., where she became the executive lead for their electronic media/entertainment recruitment group. After a very successful career with Search Associates, Pat left to establish Prime Candidate, Inc., her own recruiting agency specifically focused on the interactive entertainment industry.
